Sunday Night- Chicken Spaghetti, salad and bread. (Small group meeting)
Monday- Sour Cream Chicken, rice, and broccoli
Tuesday- Mexican night....guacamole, taco ring and Spanish rice
Wednesday- Skillet Lasagna
Thursday- Beef Stroganoff, potatoes, and steamed veggies.
Friday- not sure yet!!
Some of these may be a repeat from my last post for the weekly menu but the last two weeks have seemed to be a bust on the cooking!! We are back on track now and tomorrow I start weight watchers!!! Woohoo.....
